Patterson S. Weaver’s practice focuses in criminal justice and complex probate litigation. Mr. Weaver has a thriving and successful criminal defense practice representing clients in cases from DUIs and misdemeanors to upper level felonies. However, in addition to a busy criminal practice, Mr. Weaver has developed a rare niche in the area of complex probate litigation and will contests. In 2022, Mr. Weaver helped his clients obtain a settlement of more than $4 million in a will contest involving allegations of dementia, undue influence, and a resulting lack of testamentary capacity, which is just the most recent of Mr. Weaver’s multi-million dollar settlements in similar cases.

Mr. Weaver graduated from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2009, where he won a plethora of moot court and trial competitions, and was voted the Most Outstanding Barrister by the student body in his third year. Mr. Weaver is the Owner and Managing Attorney of Patterson Weaver Law, LLC, which practices in the areas of Criminal Defense, Probate and Probate Litigation, Estate Planning, and Personal Injury.
