Lynette Silon-Laguna founded a family law firm in 1997, which is now known as All Family Law Group, P.A. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Legal Studies. Thereafter, she graduated with Honors from the University of Florida, Fredric G. Levin College of Law, with a Juris Doctorate Degree in 1995.
Her desire was to form a law firm which provides their clients with dedicated attorneys and legal staff who have substantial experience in divorce, family law, criminal defense, stepparent/relative adoption and name changes. Supporting Lynette in her mission to provide personalized service to their clients is the experienced and passionate team which forms the backbone of All Family Law Group. Each member of the team is dedicated to helping every one of their clients receive the best outcome possible.
The trusted and seasoned family attorneys at All Family Law Group have approximately 60 years plus of combined experience and have been working with the firm for many years. Furthermore, Lynette and the firm have been awarded numerous memberships with top divorce, family and lawyer societies.
In addition, the law firm also provides legal services that are informative, communicative, professional, ethical, timely and cost effective. Over the years, the team at All Family Law Group have served thousands of families and individuals throughout Tampa Bay and they know that their representation can be life changing. Always striving to provide cost effective legal services, the team works towards delivering an amicable solution to avoid expensive, time consuming and emotionally draining litigation.
However, if settlement is not an option, the attorneys and staff have extensive trial experience, and they will aggressively pursue their clients’ rights in and out of court to obtain the best possible outcome. As well, everyone at the firm works tirelessly to ensure that they are responsive to their clients’ concerns by keeping them well informed as to the status of their case and their available options. This is the personal goal for each one of the attorneys and legal staff.
Ultimately, the team will continue to communicate closely with their clients and work to expedite their cases as quickly and effectively as possible throughout the process. One which not only ensures that the desired and legally obtainable outcome is achieved, but one which may also exceed their expectation. The firm’s commitment will continue to be to prioritize their clients’ important matters and to keep each of them advised of the status of his or her case. And to make amends if their clients’ representation is not as expected.
