David Craig is one of the Founders and is the Managing Partner of Craig, Kelley & Faultless, a personal injury law firm with lawyers licensed in Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Illinois, Iowa, and Missouri. Although the firm is headquartered in Indianapolis, it has other Indiana office locations and one in St. Louis, Missouri.

David sits on the Board of Regents for the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys (that requires Board Certification in Truck Accident Law). David has been selected to the Top 50: Indiana Super Lawyers 2023 and 2024 and has been selected as a Super Lawyers Honoree every year since 2011. David has been named a Top 100 Trial Lawyers and Top 10 Trucking Trial Lawyers by The National Trial Lawyers. He has been selected by his peers for inclusion in the 30th Edition of The Best Lawyers in America® in the practice area of Personal Injury Litigation – Plaintiffs and has been included multiple years. He has achieved the highest rating, AV Preeminent, by his peers as provided by Martindale-Hubbell, has been awarded the Thurgood Marshall “Fighting for Justice” Award, and is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. David is author of the book, Semitruck Wreck: A Guide for Victims and Their Families, and the host of the podcast, After the Crash.
