Brett Fulkerson is the founding attorney at Fulkerson Elder Law LLC in Liberty, Missouri. Brett has been practicing exclusively in the areas of Elder Law or Estate Planning for over sixteen years. He is formerly an adjunct professor of law at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law. He received his law degree from the University of Missouri School of Law and master’s degree in clinical psychology from East Tennessee State University. Brett is licensed in Missouri and Kansas.
