Jonathan Sterling is a corporate and transactional attorney who serves clients in a variety of general business matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, corporate governance, business startups, contract drafting and negotiations, real estate transactions, and providing general business advice. He serves clients in numerous industries including healthcare, energy, logistics, technology, entertainment, and commercial real estate.

Based in Brown & Fortunato’s Dallas, Texas office, Mr. Sterling serves clients throughout Texas and the United States. He emphasizes practical approaches to resolve complex legal issues, uses clear and concise communication, and leverages his business background to generate value for his clients.

At The University of Texas at Austin – McCombs School of Business, Mr. Sterling graduated with his BBA degree in finance, with a concentration in real estate, in 2012. He immediately enrolled at the University of Oklahoma College of Law and received his Juris Doctor in 2015 and graduated with honors. Later that year, he received his license to practice in Texas.

Mr. Sterling has been a key contributor to his legal community and is a member in the State Bar of Texas, the Dallas Bar Association and the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers.
