Sonu Lal, Esq. – Sonu is an experienced business immigration attorney. His practice focuses on immigration related needs of employers. He represents clients in a broad spectrum of industries such as Information Technology, Finance, Hospitality, Travel, and Manufacturing. Sonu helps employers in obtaining temporary and permanent (green card) visas for business, scientific, managerial, and executive personnel. Sonu has experience in all aspects of business immigration matters such as H-1B, E-1/E-2, L-1A/L-1B, O, and TN visas as well as PERM, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, and EB-5 cases.

Prior to joining Gehi & Associates, Sonu has worked at reputed business immigration law firms in New York, New Jersey, and Texas. Sonu also worked for several years as an In-House Counsel with an established IT Company in Atlanta, Georgia and headed its immigration department. Sonu obtained his law degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, New York, NY in 2015. He is licensed to practice law in the State of New York. He is also admitted before the Federal District Court of New York for the Southern District (SDNY) and Federal District Court of New York for the Eastern District (EDNY). He is also an active member of American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
